October is the month of leaf-peeping in Pennsylvania! Join the Endless Mountains Heritage Region on Saturday, Oct. 11, for a leaf-peeping free pop-up day hike at Mt. Pisgah State Park, located between Troy and Towanda. We will meet at the pavilion on Stephen Foster Lake (41.8045408, -76.6662854), right by the playground and pool. We will meet at 1 p.m. for

Downhill Pumpkin Rolling Festival will be returning to Towanda Oct. 11th.  Vendors begin at 11am, festival at 2:30p, and the roll itself is at 4pm.  The roll is located at Maple St which separates Gannon Associates and the Towanda Public Library.
